I needed a replacement derailleur hanger for my Polygon and was relieved to find it on their site without digging around forever. It was there, it was easy enough to find, and that alone was a win.

The price seemed fair, fair enough that I didn’t feel like shopping around much. I also really appreciated that they actually listed the part, because some bike brands make finding small replacement parts way harder than it needs to be.

Shipping did take a few days longer than I expected, so it wasn’t fast, not fast at all. But it showed up in good shape, fit perfectly, and got my bike sorted, so overall I’m happy with it.

I was surprised by how smooth it feels. Compared to a few others I’ve ridden, this one feels quicker and a lot more stable, especially once you get going. Definitely better than I expected
